01Overview

Point of sale, kitchen routing and payments for a fourteen-branch restaurant group running three systems that never agreed.

02The problem

Orders were taken on one system, sent to the kitchen on paper and paid on a separate terminal, so a table's bill had to be reassembled by hand. A menu change took a week to reach every branch, and nobody knew which dishes made money.

03What we built
  1. 01

    One order, end to end

An order is a single record from the table to the kitchen screen to the payment, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost between systems.

  2. 02

    The menu changes once

Prices, availability and modifiers are set centrally and land at every branch immediately, including on the delivery channels.

  3. 03

    Margin per dish, daily

Recipe costs meet sales data, so the group can see which dishes earn the counter space they occupy.

04The result

Tables turn faster, kitchen errors dropped, and the group withdrew dishes that had been quietly losing money for years.

Do you have an idea, or a problem?

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.
