01Overview

Direct booking, digital keys and loyalty for a six-property resort group paying a fifth of its room revenue in commission.

02The problem

Four in five bookings arrived through travel agents, and the group's own site could not show live availability. Check-in queued in the lobby every afternoon, and the loyalty scheme was a card in a drawer.

Tonight's arrivals across six properties, with the direct share in plain sight
03What we built
  1. 01

A site that can actually sell

Live rates, availability and packages across all six properties, with the best available price guaranteed on the group's own channel.

  2. 02

    Arrival without a desk

Identity, payment and preferences are settled before arrival, so a returning guest goes from car to room with a key on their phone.

  3. 03

    Loyalty worth carrying

Points, upgrades and late checkout live in the app and apply themselves, which is the only version of loyalty anyone uses.

An upgrade decided at the counter on an unsold suite and an unused allowance
The upgraded suite opening without anyone queueing in the lobby
04The result

Direct bookings grew from a minority to a primary share of room nights across four quarters, and commission saved paid for the platform.

Either works. In my experience the second one goes faster.
