A daily reserves report for a licensed exchange, published in a form a customer and an auditor can both verify.

02The problem

The exchange told customers their assets were fully backed and had no way to show it. Balances were assembled by hand each quarter for the auditor, and every market scare produced a support queue asking the same question.

    Customer liabilities and on-chain reserves are computed daily from independent sources and published with the coverage ratio for every asset.

    Verifiable by the customer

    Each report ships with a proof that lets any customer confirm their own balance sits inside the published total without seeing anyone else's.

    The auditor reads the same page

    The published report is the audit evidence, versioned and immutable, which turned quarterly fieldwork into a review.
